All editing of photographic material will be completed between 2-4 weeks after the event should you need photographs before then please indicate prior the event.

Transport and toll gates costs will be added to the quotation at Surcharge of R9,68 per kilometer as per AA rate per kilometer.

A 40% deposit is required, and it is non-refundable upon cancellation of the service by the client. 

Outstanding balance is payable 10 days before the date of the wedding day. A full payment for late (a month before the event) is required prior to the event.

Extra pictures are charged R20 per picture, this includes Raw files that may be needed by the client.

Our weddings are 9 Hours coverage starting from the time client wants the photographer to be there, hours beyond the 10 hours are charged R2000 an hour.

Should the client require raw files of the photographs it should be indicated in time and provide the photographer with external drive which is also apple devise compatible and nothing less 500 Gigabyte of storage.

Minimum of 2 photographers
